We are established in and operate from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number, including the country calling code you select
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we set no cookies of our own. The hCaptcha bot-protection service described below may set a cookie of its own when you complete the check on our contact form. If our own use changes in the future (for example, if we add site analytics), we will update this policy and add a cookie consent notice before doing so.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to:
- Respond to your enquiry or partnership request
- Contact you back by email or phone regarding that enquiry
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use Formspree, Inc., a third-party form processing service based in the United States, to receive and deliver contact form submissions to us by email. When you submit the form, your name, email, and phone number are transmitted to and briefly stored by Formspree on our behalf. Formspree's own privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We also use hCaptcha, a bot-protection service, on the contact form to confirm that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. hCaptcha receives limited technical information from your browser (such as your IP address and basic device details) for that check. Its privacy practices are described at hcaptcha.com/privacy.
We do not share your information with any other third party.
International data transfers
Because Formspree's servers are located in the United States, submitting our contact form transfers your personal information outside of the country you are submitting it from. We ask for your explicit consent to this transfer when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact form submission for as long as you're happy for us to. We don't set a fixed expiry date, we'll delete it as soon as you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Wherever you are located, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Withdraw any consent you previously gave us

Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you have under the data protection law of the country you are located in; where those rights apply to you, they remain available to you regardless of this clause.
